Frank at Enrich Festival

At the end of the month, Frank will be heading north to Brisbane to partake in the annual Enrich Festival (Friday March 30th to Sunday April 1st)- a three day festival celebrating wholesome food, premium quality wine and the latest trends in food culture in Australia.

Showcasing his great love of Spanish food, Frank will be demonstrating alongside Pablo Tordesillas some inspiring Spanish dishes.

The demonstrations hosted by Ian Parmenter will also investigate the flair and flavour of food culture in Spain and its ever evolving popularity in Australia.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to view demonstrations from Anna Gare and Shinichi MaedaBen O’Donoghue and Thierry Galichet, and Jeremy Clark
