MoVida Aqui menu

The menus at MoVida are made up of a selection of various tapas and raciones, all of which are designed to share. A ‘tapa’ literally meaning ‘lid’, refers to the covering of bread that bartenders once placed on top of drinks in Spain to keep away the dust and flies. The meaning has since evolved to refer to hundreds of different bar snacks.

A tapa is a single serve, a bit like a canapé. A racion is a larger plate to share and varies in size depending on the dish. Your waiter will advise you of an appropriate number of dishes to order.

‘La plancha’ is a chrome plate grill that we use to sear our dishes.

‘La parilla’ is our char-grill and sits at the heart of the MoVida Aqui kitchen. It is a primal way of cooking and makes for a delicious smoky flavour in our dishes.

When ordering paella or any of the arroz (rice dishes) please allow forty minutes.
