MoVida Meets the High Country Part II

Autumn is the perfect time of the year to be visiting the North East of Victoria. The air is cool, the trees are cloaked in their glorious autumnal colour, and the recent rains are seeing mushrooms popping their heads up in the forests. Which is why our MoVida Head Chefs and Sommeliers are touring the countryside. They are visiting farms and wineries preparing for the 2018 MoVida High Country lunch being held in May at MoVida Aqui. This week they have visited Rushnot Garlic, Dal Zotto Wines, Pizzini Wines, Trawalla Eggs and Brown Brothers plus harvesting apples and picking chestnuts. Come May the producers will bring their produce into the MoVida Aqui kitchen where our chefs will turn it into a five course meal matched with wines from the region. During the High Country Harvest (May 4 -20) MoVida Aqui Head Chef Andres Becerra will be teaming up with the team at the Mansfield Coffee Merchants to bring MoVida to the High Country.
