Bistro Livi Takeover
For one night only, Chef Ewen Crawford returns to the MoVida kitchen, bringing the food of Bistro Livi, one of Australia’s standout regional restaurants, to Melbourne.
Ewen spent over a decade leading MoVida’s kitchens, shaping the way we cook and run service, before co-founding Bistro Livi with Nikky and Dani Wilson in 2022. Located in Murwillumbah’s M|Arts precinct, the 36-seat bistro has quickly become one of Australia’s most acclaimed regional restaurants, earning two Good Food Guide hats, Regional Restaurant of the Year in 2024, and a place in Gourmet Traveller’s Top 25 Restaurants in NSW. Their food is refined and understated, quietly creative, led by seasonality and beautiful produce. It’s very Ewen.
The menu will be hyper-seasonal and finalised close to the night. What we can say is it’ll be seven shared courses, and it will satisfy.
