Tres a Cinco is a Mexican cantina and bar tucked into Hosier Lane in Melbourne's CBD. A lively space for contemporary Mexican food, agave-led drinks and long, social nights.

The story began in lockdown with chef Sarai Castillo's Comida Corrida, home-style Mexican food delivered door to door. The response was instant. What started as temporary quickly became permanent, finding its home at Tres a Cinco (Three to Five) in Hosier Lane.

Today, Castillo cooks the bold, generous flavours of her heritage in a space that continues to evolve under the MoVida umbrella. Five years in, the energy is still growing.

The menu draws on Mexican classics like ceviche, enchiladas and chilaquiles, cooked with care and designed for sharing. Plates are generous, flavours are unapologetic and the pace is relaxed.

Behind the bar, agave is the hero. Over 200 agave spirits line the shelves, alongside margaritas and Latin-inspired cocktails that celebrate depth, character and craft.

Drop in for drinks, stay for dinner, or settle in for the night. Tres a Cinco delivers bold Mexican food and agave-forward drinks, right where the city comes alive.
