Arroyo Izquierdo Demimo Verdejo is a vibrant, youthful white from the D.O. Rueda in northwest Spain, crafted by Miguel Arroyo Izquierdo from estate‑grown Verdejo vines planted on sandy, river‑stone soils at relatively high elevations within the region. This 100 % Verdejo wine is made using modern, respectful techniques — including hand harvesting and cool fermentation in stainless steel — aimed at preserving the grape’s natural aromatic intensity and fresh acidity while promoting a clean, expressive profile that reflects its terroir.

In the glass, Demimo typically shows a bright, pale lemon‑yellow colour with green highlights and greets the nose with lively citrus and tropical fruit notes, often including lime, grapefruit, and hints of mango, alongside subtle herbal and mineral nuances. On the palate it’s crisp and refreshing, with zesty acidity balanced by a gentle creaminess and an approachable, flinty finish, making it a versatile pairing for seafood, light poultry dishes and fresh salads or simply great as an aperitif.
