Casa Castillo La Tendida is Jumilla with precision and lift, a beautifully refined take on Monastrell from one of Spain’s benchmark estates.
Sourced from younger vines on limestone and gravel soils, it delivers juicy dark berry fruit, wild herbs, florals and earthy spice, all wrapped in silky tannins and striking freshness.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large oak foudre, La Tendida has the generosity of the Mediterranean but with a savoury, mineral edge that makes it incredibly drinkable and seriously overdeliver for the price.
