From one of the benchmark producers in Jumilla, Casa Castillo Valtosca Syrah is a powerful yet polished expression of Mediterranean Syrah inspired by Northern Rhone Classic's.
Grown on limestone-rich “tosca” soils and farmed organically, it delivers layers of dark blackberry fruit, violet, cracked pepper and smoky spice, wrapped in silky tannins and remarkable freshness.
Aged in large-format French oak with native yeast fermentation, Valtosca balances richness with finesse the kind of Syrah that feels equally at home beside chargrilled lamb, roast beef or game meats.
