Ponce Pino Bobal is Juan Antonio Ponce’s flagship expression of Bobal from Manchuela. It comes from high-altitude, organically farmed old vines on limestone soils, which give the wine a lifted, almost Atlantic freshness despite its Mediterranean origins. In style it’s elegant and precise rather than heavy, with vibrant red and black fruit, floral notes, fine tannins and a distinctive mineral edge.

It is often compared to top-tier Pinot Noir or Syrah in finesse, it shows the true potential of Bobal when treated with care.
