Pulled from the small parcels of Viura dotted through the pre-dominately red vineyards in the foothills of the Sierra de Tolono. Framed by the textbook white florals and backed by a savoury, baked sourdough nose, the palate shows incredibly freshness and vitality, medium bodied by full of bright citric characters alongside a soft white grape note and gently mineral finish.
