Victoria Torres Pecis 'Las Rosas' Listan Negro

A couple of Viki's friends farm a vineyard in the south of the island called 'Las Rosas'. It is an incredibly steep vineyard that rises from 450m to 600m absl. This is the first time that she has vinified fruit from this vineyard.
Grapes are all hand harvested and fermented in concrete.
