Cuca Mussels in Galician Sauce are poached, cleaned by hand, and then flash fried and tossed with a spiced tomato sauce. They’re strongly flavoured, a little spicy and the hipster option in Barcelona’s coolest bars. Delicious with a glass of Vermouth.
