Cuca Razor Clams

  • Producer: Cuca

Razor clams are long, thin-shelled, sand-dwellers native to Europe and North America. They have a sweeter, more scallop-like flavour than Australian clams and a texture akin to soft, young calamari.

Cuca Razor Clams are cleaned by hand to remove grit and sand, then lightly poached and canned in their cooking liquid.

Go Wine Yourself.
