Fedellos As Xaras

As Xaras is a stunning vineyard in the Larouco area of the Val di Bibei, Galicia. It sits at about 550m above sea level, facing north-west. The soil profile consists of Schist and Quartzite and planted to Mencia.
The wine has grippy tannin, that underpins juicy, black fruit, while still retaining a prettiness that is true to Mencia.
