Pomagrana is a co-lab between the first natural wine store in Barcelona (owned and run by Marc Lecha) and Fredi Torres. The idea was to make something "smashable,"
interesting and typically Catalan with a natural stamp for Barcelona summer. Initially it was going to be a one off thing but it was so successful that they kept doing it, now the shop’s closed and Marc is working with Fredi full time...
It is made from organically farmed Trepat from the Conca de Barbera region, around an hour's drive north of Priorat. It’s given a brief maceration to pick up colour and sits in the space between chilled red and dark rose
