Sierra de Tolono Tinto

The village red made from various plots between Rivas de Tereso, Alava and Bastida. Dry grown and organically farmed Tempranillo that is completely de-stemmed before being fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for a year in older, neutral oak. It shows the cool dark fruit and soft florals of the cold high vineyards backed by a smooth juicy palate and vibrant acidity.
