Yzaguirre Vermouth Clásico Rojo is the house’s most iconic expression, made in Reus using a blend of Spanish wines infused with a complex selection of herbs, spices and botanicals, then gently aged in oak to build depth. Rich yet balanced, it opens with aromas of dried orange peel, baking spice and sweet herbs, followed by notes of caramel, cocoa and a signature bitter-sweet edge. The palate is smooth and warming, with layered spice, gentle sweetness and a long, savoury finish—equally at home served over ice with orange or as the backbone of classic vermouth-forward cocktails.
