The Regional Series returns this winter with a journey through Spain’s diverse regions, where food and wine have evolved hand in hand for centuries.

As with previous instalments, Tom the Som selects a Spanish wine region (or two) and the wines that best tell its story. Frank and the team then design a menu around the dishes that have long shared the table alongside them.

As always, Tom “the Som” from Alimentaria selects the wines and producers that tell the story of the region, while Frank draws on dishes that have long shared the table to create the menu. Albariño, Godello and Mencía from small Galician producers run through a menu inspired by the food traditions of Spain’s north-west.
